Appeals

ACER will not enter into appeals against the test results. Please be advised that results are released only after careful calculation and extensive checking. Requests for re-marking will not be considered.

Should you have any query about a particular question on the day of the test, you should alert the test supervisor or online proctor of your concern immediately.

For test centres, any queries and concerns relating to a testing venue or physical discomfort suffered should be reported to the supervisor on the test day. Where possible, the test supervisor will attempt to resolve the matter on the test day. To submit feedback or a complaint regarding your test session, you should also contact ACER by email regarding your concerns as soon as practicable after your test session and within the same test day, so that ACER can look into the matter immediately.  Please refer to the information on the contact page.

For any concerns you have relating to your remote proctoring test session, you should communicate with your online proctor at the time of the incident. You should also inform ACER of your concerns by email immediately after your test session. Technical issues experienced during your test session must be investigated and resolved during the relevant test window. It is not possible to defer or reschedule remote proctoring session(s) from one test window to a subsequent test window due to unresolved technical or test administration issues.

Test supervisors and online proctors will lodge incident reports with ACER at the conclusion of the test sitting. ACER will review the incident reports and your feedback to determine if the issue requires attention and/or resolution.

It is not possible to give special consideration to test results for impaired performance on the day of the test caused by illness, misadventure or an unexpected personal situation.

ACER will not enter into appeals regarding testing conditions or technical issues after results have been released and where there has been no incident report or issue raised by the test supervisor or online proctor and/or yourself during the relevant test window.
